There is one 6 letter word I hate the most. That word is STRESS. Even the word itself gives me stress.
My definition of stress might be different from everybody else’s definition of stress. My definition is: something that gives you anxiety, nerves that build up because you cannot do something or achieve something since there is something in your way that is blocking you from doing this.
Trust me on this one guys, I know what stress and anxiety are. I had 2 anxiety attacks in a span of 1 year in the year 2015, it isn’t nice.
The symptoms are: heart palpitations, sweating and/or cold (but no fever), pacing or staying still, have trouble breathing, have trouble thinking, not hungry
Things to do to prevent or cope
Smile lots more
Drink lots of water
Talk with someone supports and cares for you
Do something to take your mind off of it
Color -adult ones too
